Refunds
You can return any unused product to us in its original condition for a refund within 30 days of delivery to you. This right to return does not apply to any timber ordered by phone or email as this is made to order. For information regarding how to return a product, please see below.
Products purchased online.
Within 30 days of receipt, any unused product can be returned at your expense for a full refund or exchange. Contact us on 01494 980145 or at enquiries@benchmarktimber.co.uk for advice. Proof of purchase is required and all products must be undamaged.
Please note that:
- No refunds or exchanges can be given on any timber ordered by phone or email which is made to order If the product you purchase is faulty, or not as described, we may offer an exchange, refund or repair as appropriate. Any refund would be offered as full and final settlement.
Cancellation
You can cancel any online order (excluding any timber ordered by phone or email which is made to order) and receive a full refund (including standard delivery charges) by contacting enquiries@benchhmarktimber.co.uk at any time before the product is dispatched or within 14 days starting on the day after delivery.
Refunds will be paid no later than 14 days after our receipt of the returned Products
