Custom Profiles

We are able to produce custom timber cladding profiles.
Send us a sketch or an off-cut of a profile you would like to match and we would produce a CAD drawing from which we would grind new cutters.
Our timber would be milled with a multi-head moulder.
Cross cutting, deep cutting, spindle moulding operations can all be carried out.
Feed rates and spindle speeds are optimised to produce a quality finish in any timber.
