The drawings below show some some common profiles. We can also mill timber to customer specifications.
We grind our own cutters so please send us a sketch or offcut to match.

PTGV Face fix Timber cladding

Fix with stainless steel ring shank nails on the front face.
Applications: Can be used horizontally and vertically.
Timbers: western red cedar, Siberian Larch or Thermowood.
Cover: 7.4 linear meters = 1 square m.

We can mill this profile in 135mm or 87mm as cedar cladding.

We can mill this profile in various sizes. This can be milled with a contemporary. planed or rustic sawn finish. This is a very economical profile.

Secret Fix Batten Profile

This is easier to install and does not have gaps between the boards as traditional cedar battens would.

The cladding is 144mm wide with a 125mm cover.
